Travel Vaccinations

If you are travelling abroad vaccinations may be recommended. Some are available on the NHS while others may require an additional charge. You need to be seen a minimum of 8 weeks before you travel.

To check which vaccinations you might need you should first visit this page and search for the countries you are visiting. If you require Yellow Fever, Japanese Encephalitis or Rabies injections you will need to go elsewhere as we do not provide these. Hepatitis B injections are available for an additional charge.

If you would like to proceed with a travel appointment with us then you need to print and drop into the surgery the following form. You will then be contacted to be booked in.
