We are building a useful resource for the local community but also in the process we hope to encourage people to get out and about and explore the local area.

Submitted photos will be reviewed so there will be a delay before your photo is published on the map.

Things to remember before submitting your photo

Check the current map to ensure your bench is not already listed
Upload a photo of the bench and a screenshot from Google/Apple maps showing the exact location
Do not include any people in your photo who can be recognised (small people in the distance are ok)

I consent to my photo being published by New Forest PCN on a public Google Map (your name and email address will not be published). Your name can be published if you like (see below).

Describe the location of the bench e.g. which forest enclosure, nearest car park or road. If there are a group of benches describe which one of the group you are submitting. If you think a wider shot of the area would help accurately map your bench then you can submit additional photos.
