hArt is a New Forest-based art therapy charity which has been offering Art Psychotherapy to people in and around Lymington for several years, with sessions at the St Marks Community Church Hall and previously at the Cricket Club and St Barbe Museum.

hArt ‘Creative Wellbeing’ programme runs every week at St Marks Community Church Hall, Pennington.

The Creative Wellbeing sessions are an open-studio style drop-in group, which is free to all over-18’s. These sessions provide clients a chance to relax, make friends and express themselves through creative activities. The programme will help to reduce levels of anxiety, stress, depression, low confidence and loneliness, and the sessions are run by an experienced art facilitator, supported by a hArt volunteer too.
