#ANDYSMANCLUB is a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.
It aims to end the stigma surrounding men’s health through the power of conversation #ITSOKAYTOTALK.
The reach extends to supporting men who are socially isolated and anxious, for whatever reason. It may not be not for everyone, but it may be beneficial to make that first move…..

From their website: ANDYSMANCLUB has over 200 free support groups nationwide, running every Monday from 7PM except bank holidays. In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment. The clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply listen if they wish.

With over 4500 men using our sessions every week, and an army of 1600+ volunteers onboard, the movement is continuing to grow week-by-week. We firmly believe in the power of talking and that #ItsOkayToTalk.   It’s often said to be a factor is that men don’t talk.

That’s why ANDYSMANCLUB was born. Established in 2016 by Luke Ambler, Andy’s brother-in-law, the aim of the club is to break down these stigmas, support men struggling, and lend a hand to suicide prevention, by providing a safe space where they feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.   The groups meet Mondays, except bank holidays, at 7pm.
