Due to the volume of our workload we are unfortunately unable to individually call every patient for every interaction.
As a result we are increasingly having to rely on mobile phones to contact our patients.
Our clinical staff may use your mobile phone to text health information to you following an appointment, notify you with regards to referrals, send you vaccination reminders, or inform you of a prescription waiting at your pharmacy.
If you change your mobile number please inform us immediately.
If you do not use your mobile regularly or prefer to have it permanently switched off please let us know so we can discuss removing your number from your records.
