Understanding Barriers to Digital Inclusion: We need your input!
We use the internet a lot these days for health, learning, work, and talking to friends, but we know not everyone can use the internet or likes to use it.
This digital inclusion survey follows our earlier work, like the NHS App survey. It aims to gather more information on how people use digital devices, the internet, and online public services. We want to understand people’s digital experiences and any problems they face.
It is aimed at anyone aged 16 and over, has up to 34 questions and will take about 12 minutes to answer.
Your anonymity and privacy will be protected throughout the survey. Neither your personal information nor your individual responses will be shared with any third parties. The data collected will be used solely for research and improvement purposes.
All questions are optional, but we would encourage you to fill it all in to help us get a better understanding of your experience.
This survey will close at midnight on 30th September 2024
