The NHS in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is interested to find out more about how many people use the NHS App and how it is used.
Please take our short survey below to tell us about how you use the NHS App, or if you don’t, then we would love to know why that is. Learning from this questionnaire will help to shape communications and engagement planning to support promotion of the App. This questionnaire is aimed at anyone who is aged over 16 and is registered with any GP practice across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
