Urgent Requests

Due to the rise in urgent requests, communication went out to our patients on Monday informing of high level volumes of work, and staff shortages.

I have sent out another communication to patients and have informed that routine appointments have been suspended, all routine /green appts have been removed from the system until the New Year.

Where possible patients can submit a Klinik form, however only MEDICALLY URGENT cases will be dealt with and we will endeavour to respond with 24 hours, but cannot always guarantee this

Patients should self-care and seek pharmacy advice for minor ailments

Advice can be sort via 111 and for medical emergencies please call 999
