Thank you to all our patients for your understanding during this morning’s downtime.
As you can imagine to come to work and having no computer system is the worst start to the week for us all. The system was rebooted following the storms, however this usual fix did not work and we had to wait for an on site engineer to change a switch or two.
I am pleased to say we have had a temporary fix to keep us going and a permanent fix will follow soon.
Thank you again for your patience and to those of you who were very understanding and used the on line portal for the first time.
We are now back up and running.
